29 October 2024
On Thursday, 14 November 2024, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the West Campus Lugano Aula Magna, Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) will host the event "Unlocking the culture code - the value of corporate culture", organised in collaboration with the UBS Center for Economics in Society.
The encounter will explore the crucial role of corporate culture in determining the successes and failures of modern companies. By integrating economic research with practical business strategies, key questions will be addressed: Why is corporate culture so important? How does it impact performance, enterprise value and long-term success? And what are the inner workings for creating and maintaining an effective, measurable and evolving corporate culture?
The event will open with a welcome speech by Luisa Lambertini (Rector of USI) and Ernst Fehr (Director of the UBS Center for Economics in Society), followed by a keynote lecture by Luigi Guiso (economist at the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance). This will be followed by a panel discussion with Sergio P. Ermotti (CEO UBS Group AG), Ernst Fehr, Luigi Guiso and Luisa Lambertini, who will engage the audience in a question and answer session.
The evening will conclude with a flying dinner, offering participants an informal networking opportunity. The event is open to the public and will be held in English, with simultaneous translation to Italian. Registration is required at this link.
