Following the success of the first edition, the Career and Alumni Service, in collaboration with the Master in Finance and the USI Finance Career Board, announces the second USI Alumni Professional Mentoring Programme in Finance. The project aims to foster direct dialogue between students and professionals in the financial sector, thereby strengthening the connection between academic training and the workforce.

The initiative is designed to connect students enrolled in the Master in Finance (mentees) who aspire to pursue a career in the financial field with a select group of USI alumni (mentors) currently active in the industry. A total of sixty participants, including USI alumni/mentors and mentees, will take part in the programme.

Over six months, mentors will share their professional experiences, practical advice, and insights on various career paths within the sector with participants. This programme will provide a unique opportunity to develop transferable skills and expand one's network of contacts through personal and professional exchanges.

The programme is set to begin in January 2026 and will continue until the summer. This initiative reaffirms USI's commitment to supporting the professional integration of its students and enhancing the active role of the alumni community.
