Communicating effectively: USI hosts Sergio Ermotti

On Monday, March 13, USI hosted Sergio Ermotti, UBS Group CEO, to give a lecture to students and alumni of the Master in Financial Communication on Communicating effectively: one message for all stakeholders.
During the lecture, Mr. Ermotti explained that "over the past thirty years, the importance of communication for financial markets has continued to increase. Now we must communicate horizontally, knowing that the message will reach all stakeholders and that they can interpret it in different ways."
Mr Ermotti's lecture was preceded by a meeting with USI faculty and researchers.
