The Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Business Law, organised by USI Law Institute (IDUSI) in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), returns for its third edition on 6 September 2025. This well-established programme provides advanced training in commercial law, addressing the needs of professionals and companies operating in an increasingly globalised and regulated environment. Annamaria Astrologo, Full Professor at the Law Institute (IDUSI) at the Faculty of Economics, is co-director of the programme.

The MAS in Business Law is preceded by the CAS in Foundations of Business Law, a course that introduces participants to the essential principles of business law. This introductory course familiarises participants with the essential principles of business law. The first module lays the legal groundwork necessary for individuals working in the business field who wish to pursue a more advanced specialisation in business law.
